Who we are
Shenzhen Pulse Technology Co., LTD (“Pulse”, “we”) provides vape hardware product development and OEM/ODM solutions from Shenzhen, China. Our website is pulsecig.com.
We sell to businesses only. Our customers are brands, distributors and OEM/ODM partners. We do not sell to individual consumers, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Scope: empty vape hardware only. We do not supply, fill or sell oil, nicotine or e-liquid.

What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the quote form on our website, we receive what you type into it:

We also keep the correspondence you send us by email or WhatsApp, so that we can answer your questions and follow an order through.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 on this website to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser — typically _ga and _ga_ — and records things such as the pages you view, the approximate region you are in, the device and browser you use, and how you reached us. We use this in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you personally.
That is the only analytics or advertising script this website runs. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies. Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described above, this website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.
How we use it, and why

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked us for something.
Who else sees it
- Google processes the analytics data described above on our behalf.
- Our email and hosting providers carry the messages you send us and serve this website.
- Carriers and customs brokers receive the shipping details needed to move an order to you.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required by law to provide information.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other manufacturers or with anyone who would use it to market to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the business relationship, and order, invoicing and shipping records for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email Mandy@pulsecig.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
- Block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the analytics cookies does not affect your ability to read this website or contact us.
- Ask us to stop contacting you. If you have an open enquiry or order, we will still need to contact you about that order, and we will tell you if that is the case.
This website does not currently display a cookie consent banner. If you are visiting from a jurisdiction that requires one, you can still control cookies through your browser, and we will honour a request to delete the information we hold.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, and access to it is limited to the people at Pulse who need it to answer you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information through the website form.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. The date below shows when it last changed.
