20+ production lines, one schedule

We run more than 20 production lines for disposable CBD vape pens. Capacity is planned around your order, not squeezed in between others.

Three-stage QC before anything ships

Batch 1 (100 pcs) is tested at our partner lab in the US. Batch 2 (200 pcs) goes to partner brands and oil makers for real-use testing. Batch 3 (500 pcs) is sold through partner retail channels for end-user feedback. Only after all three pass does a product go to market.

Custom design, answer within a week

Send us your design — packaging, branding, oil capacity, hardware spec. We come back with a workable solution within about a week, and samples follow.

Tri-channel ceramic core

A central channel carries a helical nickel-chromium wire; two side channels feed oil and equalise pressure. The core runs at 55% +/- 5 porosity with 8 micron pores and 0.8-1.2 ohm across current models.

Yes. You are welcome to visit us in Shenzhen, Bao’an District. If you cannot travel, we do live factory tours over ZOOM, including the production floor and QC steps.

Three stages. The first 100 units of a new run are tested at our partner lab in the US; the next 200 go to partner brands and CBD oil manufacturers for real use; the next 500 are distributed through partner retail channels for consumer feedback. A product only reaches the market after all three pass.
