Who these terms are for
ShenZhen Pulse Technology Co., LTD (“Pulse”, “we”) supplies business customers only — brands, distributors and OEM/ODM partners.
Scope: empty vape hardware only. We do not supply, fill or sell oil, nicotine or e-liquid.
By requesting a quotation, placing an order or accepting delivery from us, you agree to these terms. If your own purchase order states different terms, these terms apply unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Quotations
- Prices are as stated in the quotation we send you, and are quoted EXW Shenzhen unless the quotation says otherwise.
- A quotation is valid for the period stated in it, and for the specification and quantity stated in it. Changes to model, capacity, colour, branding or packaging are re-quoted.
- We do not publish prices on this website.
Orders
- Minimum order quantity: from 3,000 pcs per model. Reorder quantities are confirmed in your quotation.
- An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and receive the deposit.
- A first order for a new model goes through our three-stage qualification: 100 units to a US laboratory, 200 units to partner brands who test them with their own oil, and 500 units through channel trial sales. This is a once-per-model process — not once per order.
- Quantities, colours and print are produced to the tolerances normal for the process, and to the specification agreed in writing.
Payment
- 30% deposit by T/T to start production.
- 70% balance before shipment.
- Bank charges are borne by the payer unless we agree otherwise.
Lead time and delivery
- Production lead time: 20-25 days for standard orders after deposit confirmation. Custom orders take longer, depending on design and quantity; the confirmed schedule for your order is the one we set with you in writing.
- Delivery is EXW Shenzhen. If we arrange freight on your behalf, we do so as your agent and the terms of the carrier apply.
- Risk passes as set out in the applicable trade term. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
Samples
Sample units are available at a small cost, sufficient to cover the unit and its handling. Sample cost and shipping are stated in your quotation. We will send our ceramic core alongside a conventional core where you want to compare them with your own oil.
Quality checks and inspection
- Each unit goes through electrical testing on the line before packing.
- The three-stage qualification described under Orders applies once per model.
- Third-party pre-shipment inspection is welcome — SGS, QIMA or V-Trust, at your instruction and cost.
- Shortage, carton damage or visible defects: tell us within 14 days of delivery, so that the count can be checked against the packing list and the carrier’s record.
- Latent defects (electrical, structural or performance): tell us before the units are filled or put into use. There is no fixed deadline for these, because once a unit has been filled we can no longer establish whether a fault originated in our production or in filling, storage or handling — and you fill the units yourselves. Reporting before filling keeps the cause identifiable and keeps the claim live.
Documentation
We welcome third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, QIMA, V-Trust) and will provide the China Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise Licence and the battery transport documents for your verification on request.
Quality-management, cleanroom and material documentation sits with the individual factories that hold it, and we pass on the copies they release for your file.
What we do not do — and where responsibility sits
- We do not supply, fill or sell oil, nicotine or e-liquid. We develop empty vape hardware, coordinate production through qualified manufacturing partners, and arrange delivery.
- Filling, formulation, and the compliance of the finished product in your market are yours. That includes labelling, licensing, taxes and any product notification or registration your market requires.
- We are not a finished-product brand, and we do not sell a competing product under our own label.
- We make no medical or therapeutic claim about any device we supply, and nothing on this website is such a claim. Our hardware is engineered for viscous CBD distillate-style oils and is not suited to nicotine e-liquids.
Intellectual property
- Your brand, logo and artwork remain yours. We use them only to produce and pack your order, and we do not use them in our own marketing without your written agreement.
- Our designs, tooling, drawings and technical documentation remain ours. They are developed in-house and are not licensed to other manufacturers.
- We do not publish our customers’ specifications, designs or names.
Liability
- Our liability for any order is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales or regulatory penalties in your market.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs action, or shortages of components or cells.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of Shenzhen have jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time we confirm that order.
