ShenZhen Pulse Technology — Vape Hardware Product Development & OEM/ODM Solutions

Who we are

Pulse was founded in 2020 in Shenzhen, China. Our team, however, has worked in the CBD vaporizer industry for more than 10 years — what started as a small assembly operation is now a full OEM/ODM partner: we design the pen, source and qualify every component, and manage product development, quality requirements, supplier coordination and export project coordination, while regulated production and export execution are handled by qualified manufacturing partners holding applicable licences.

Our office in Xinqiao, Bao’an handles sales and project management; our qualified manufacturing partner’s facility in Fuyong, Bao’an operates 20+ production lines supporting the projects we manage.

What we make

We make vape pens as empty devices — we do not produce, supply or fill any e-liquid. Our hardware is engineered for thicker CBD-style oils; it is not suited to nicotine e-liquids. Oil sourcing, filling and destination-market compliance are handled by the buyer under their own laws.

  • Disposable vape pens (empty devices) for CBD-style oils
  • Custom capacity, airflow and mouthpiece designs
  • Neutral (unbranded) factory packing; custom retail packaging is designed and produced by your own suppliers — we can refer packaging partners we work with.
  • Full OEM: your design → our engineering → our production

Sample units of our main models are also stocked at a partner warehouse in the US, so trial orders reach US buyers faster and at lower shipping cost.

How we are structured

Pulse is the product design and commercial partner. We own the product design, our own tooling (private moulds), and the component supply chain — batteries, shells and other parts come from our own qualified suppliers, so our designs and tooling are ours alone.

Production is executed by our licensed manufacturing partners in Shenzhen (Fuyong, Bao’an District). The factories that build for us include the holder of a China Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise Licence (export scope), which formal export declaration requires. Battery shipments travel with UN38.3 test reports and an MSDS/SDS for the cell actually used. Quality-management, cleanroom and material documentation — ISO 9001, ISO 13485 / GMP, RoHS / CE / FDA food-grade, heavy-metal screening — sits with the individual factories that hold it, and we pass on the copies they release for your file.

We welcome third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, QIMA, V-Trust) and will provide the China Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise Licence and the battery transport documents for your verification on request. Every shipment moves through formal export customs declaration, which requires those licences and product documents to be in place.

What is inside the core

“Ceramic” is not a specification. Most of our devices use the ceramic core developed by our core-development partner — a specialist in ceramic-core development. The structure is a tri-channel ceramic body: a central vertical channel that houses the heating element, with two side channels that carry oil and let pressure equalise, so the heating surface is fed by more than one path. The design is developed in-house and is not licensed to other manufacturers, and the heating element is a nickel-chromium wire that runs inside the core rather than sitting in the tank, so the stored oil is not held against the heat source. The core is engineered to resist clogging, and it is not wrapped in cotton — removing the manual cotton-wrapping step, which gives more consistent quality and higher flavour fidelity. The tri-channel core runs at 55% ± 5 porosity with 8 micron pores; heater resistance is set per model (0.8–1.2 Ω across current models, 0.95 Ω on one of them) and specified against your oil and device; standard single-bore cores sit around 40–50% porosity with 20–40 micron pores. Some models use a cell design with a 1.8–2.0 mm four-hole intake instead. Preheat and working voltage are typically 1.8–3.1 V, designed per product structure and customizable. D159 and D160 use postless, dual-airflow designs.
